Fibre Processing Services
Phyllis and Julie would like to introduce you to a new fibre service for
hand spinners and felters.
We will custom wash, pick and card your fleeces for you. Your fleece will be individually
handled throughout.

| Picking (your fleece is opened out and can be spun as it is or you can hand or drum card it) | £5.00/Kg |
| Carding into batts or roving | £10.00/Kg |
| Spinning into yarn | £25.00/Kg |
| Full process (all of the above) | £45.00/Kg |
All charges quoted are for the weight of fleece at the start of that process. All fleeces should be sorted before they are sent to us. We will charge an additional £5.00 per Kg pre-sorted weight for any fleece that we consider has not been sufficiently sorted.
Pre-washed fleece will also be accepted for picking and carding.
Fleeces may also be returned to you after picking only, so
that you can complete the processing yourself.
We reserve the right to refuse any product which we feel is unsuitable for our machinery.
Please note that up to 50% of the original weight of each fleece can be lost in processing, through sorting, washing and picking.
We charge £1.00 for packing of the returned, processed fleece. Postage/carriage will be at cost depending on the processed weight.
